Shipment:
- We offer PAN India services to all our customers and both serviceable and non-serviceable zones.
- Shipments to non-serviceable zones are subject to the approval of our logistic team.
- Once the shipment is concluded, we shall notify you with our delivery partner details and tracking number or Airway bill number.

Return Policy:
- Log in to your account and click on the order section.
- The option of return or refund will be available- you can either place the request through your log-in id or email us at ops@ishqme.com. Once the request is placed, the IshqMe team will verify your request and check for the bill, tags, and other necessary things.
- Subject to the approval of the team, a return request will be accepted and pickup shall be arranged. The customers are required to pack the products with the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Once the pickup is initiated and the product reaches the warehouse, we will verify the products for quality and usage checks.
- Refund will be initiated within 30 days from the date of reverse pickup and as per the refund policy.

All our products are meticulously handmade by Indian karigars one piece at a time and due to this, there may be variances in size, shape or colour from one item to the next

- Normal Delivery: A shipping charge of INR 99 will be calculated on the checkout page for all orders below INR 500. Anything over and above is shipped for free.

- Express Delivery: A shipping charge of INR 250 will be charged for serviceable areas. Express delivery to non-serviceable areas is subject to the approval of the logistics team. The applicability or waiver of delivery charges, including express delivery charges is at the sole discretion of the IshqME team management.
