- We offer PAN India services to all our customers and both serviceable and non-serviceable zones.
- Shipments to non-serviceable zones are subject to the approval of our logistic team.
- Once the shipment is concluded, we shall notify you with our delivery partner details and tracking number or Airway bill number.

- The option of return or refund will be available- you can either place the request through your log-in id or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the request is placed, the IshqMe team will verify your request and check for the bill, tags, and other necessary things.
- Subject to the approval of the team, a return request will be accepted and pickup shall be arranged. The customers are required to pack the products with the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Once the pickup is initiated and the product reaches the warehouse, we will verify the products for quality and usage checks.
- Refund will be initiated within 30 days from the date of reverse pickup and as per the refund policy
- Our 15-day return policy allows customers to return items for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days of the delivered purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included. If you need to return an item, please bring it back to our store or contact us within 15 days of the purchase date to request a return. After 15 days, we will not accept returns for any reason.
